I have always found Undone Tresses to offer very caring and professional services. Especially for a clients like my self that have been experiencing some form of hair loss due to menopause, alopecia etc. and feel that all hope is loss. Undone Tresses always provide a workable and manageable solutions to ones hair problems and/or challenges. I would recommend this hair studio to anyone who needs special care and attention. I was made to feel "at home" from the time I entered. I was offered beverages ranging from water to coffee to tea to champagne. There was also various forms of entertainment to pass the time while I had my service completed. The stylist was completely professional and accommodating of me in light of extenuating circumstances. I was very pleased with the final result and look forward to my next visit.
