I was made to feel "at home" from the time I entered. I was offered beverages ranging from water to coffee to tea to champagne. There was also various forms of entertainment to pass the time while I had my service completed. The stylist was completely professional and accommodating of me in light of extenuating circumstances. I was very pleased with the final result and look forward to my next visit.
